At SailorMade Jewelry, we are committed to providing a smooth and timely shopping experience. Below is our shipping policy to help you understand how we handle orders, shipping rates, and delivery times.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders for in-stock items are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Made-to-order items will have a processing timeline based on communication with customer on custom designs, approval, etc. 
  • Orders placed after 3 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with tracking information (if applicable) to keep you updated on the status of your shipment.

2. Shipping Methods and Costs

We offer several shipping options to meet your needs. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order, your location, and the shipping method you choose.

Available Shipping Methods:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 5-7 business days (varies by location).
  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 2-4 business days.
  • Priority Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 1-2 business days.

Shipping costs for domestic orders will be calculated at checkout.

3. Shipping Address

  • It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete.
  • SailorMade Jewelry is not responsible for any delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
  • If you realize that your shipping address is incorrect after placing an order, please contact us immediately at info@sailormadejewelry.com to update the information before your order is processed.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with your tracking information. You can use the tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment through the carrier's website.

Please note that it may take 24-48 hours for tracking information to become available after your order has been shipped.

5. Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we strive to provide timely shipping, SailorMade Jewelry is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or unforeseen circumstances (such as weather events or strikes). If your package is delayed or lost, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you in working with the shipping carrier.

For lost or damaged packages:

  • If your package is marked as "delivered" but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or others who may have received it on your behalf.
  • If you believe your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance. You can also reach out to us for support, and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier when applicable.

6. Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $250 within the United States. Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout when your order meets the minimum requirement.

7. Shipping Restrictions

  • P.O. Box Addresses: We may not be able to ship to P.O. Box addresses for certain shipping methods. Please provide a physical address if possible.
  • Undeliverable Packages: If your order is undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failure to claim it from customs (for international orders), the package may be returned to us. We will notify you once we receive the package, and you may be required to pay additional shipping fees to resend it.

8. Returns and Exchanges
